Over One Thousand Ways to Protect Our Shores and Species

Our partner the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), finished phase 2 of a planting project at Outer Harbour Marina in Toronto last month. Over 1200 trees and shrubs have been planted to provide safe haven and food for migratory and native birds and other wildlife, as well as to stand against climate-change-induced flooding and erosion along the shores of Lake Ontario. We look forward to planting tens of thousands more trees with TRCA and with your support, over the coming years!
