In 2022, 4,000 trees will be planted in the Northumberland Region with funds provided by Trees for Life. These trees will be planted both in the Ganaraska Forest and on private lands.  Last year, we planted 3500 trees in the Ganaraska Forest as under-plantings to support storm resilience and increase biodiversity.
